LAKE OF TEARS “Illwill”

(AFM / Avispa)

sounds interesting combination of dark, heavy, sharp and we find that we discovered in Swedish eighth installment to Lake Of Tears . An album this "IllWill" which, although not within my stylistic priorities, it seemed pretty intense and well-crafted production and to offer a powerful and brilliant sound. While I find it rather drab start to the current and outright if somewhat tiresome "Floating Dreams" followed by dense and dark "IllWill" in which the guitarist also Brennare Daniel shows his anguished voice and stark. Begin to accelerate with the current dynamic and thrasher "The Hating" as simple as aggressive and effective, improving even more with the dramatized "Unsane" clean and melodic guitar, which become soft and mysterious in the dim "House Of The Setting Sun "slow-paced and accurate acoustic arrangements. Goes a little from the path marked the most sinister of eighties inspiration "Behind The Green Door" I reucerda bands like Sisters Of Mercy and The Mission by their electronic arrangements and vocals opaque back to thrash the rapid current and tiresome "Parasites" that traps its effective chorus. Low intensity with the grating and torn "Out Of Control" and somewhat flat sencillota which bassist Mikael Larsson is felt, to make way for the roundabout and terrifying "Taste Of Hell" where the voice of Brennare slashing the guttural but without losing clarity, to finish so overwhelming tormented with "Midnight Madness" that goes into the melodic death metal a bit rallante. A good way to meet these Lake Of Tears that without end to be crazy, I have been less gloomy and dense than I expected.
