How Long Does A Check To Clear From An Atm

MIMO “Segundo 2”

(Wasp)

If at the time the debut album Mimo just seemed anecdotal, this "Second 2" follows the same line of drift and low attractiveness. Not if I'm more for such mixtures according to (and not talking about shots), but that I fail to understand and assimilate what these guys offer, or passed an original, or want too much, or just is not convincing. And that some of his texts if I seem successful and interesting, like the initial "Ukraine" dedicated to victims of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster of 86 and unfortunately these days recovering force by the sad events in Japan. Moreover musically is also one of the few that makes the cut torn and saturated with sweetened by a melodic guitar voices to Leo in a metalhead sound today. A sound almost nu metalhead that print on a hollow rarilla and some version of "The Letter" by Heroes del Silencio, which again shows a clear influence of the band's more melodic and pompous "Learning to Fly", which repeat acoustic version with little pace and with the voice of Paul Legarejos deep narrator. It also saves curious and especially for his letter "The Clock" a sort of strange mix of pop-rockers and heavies, with touches of indie and could be a kind of cross between Iron Maiden and The Cult with elements alternative, or something. The rest of the album I'm sorry but I do with it, too hollow and disjointed as air power metalera happy "Clouds and Dreams" that reminds me of the Northern Sorcery, or saturated and dispersed "Luna." "The Drawer of Memory" heavies voices remixed with beats and indie tunes without convincing, nor do the dull and uncoordinated "Di" and the modern and relaxed "Colours" which is very long, despite the participation in orchestral arrangements of the great Juanmi Rodríguez (Four Cats). Anyway, I definitely think Mimo , at least in the studio, not for me. Mariano
